Online entries for the CAM/RAG Juried Show have really picked up this weekend! Lovely pieces, from whimsical to profound, oils, watercolor, mixed media, photography, sculpture... so many wonderful pieces are already registered and coming!

Online registration will remain open through Tuesday, January 16, but your artwork must be received at the Osterneck by 4 PM on Tuesday, unless other arrangements are made.
|
Remember: To upload your pictures and to save your cart before Checking Out online you MUST be logged in.
|

There are no charges, but you need to let the system know that you are done (at least for now) and give it your email address so your entry can be recorded, and the confirmation email sent to you. You can always go back in and enter additional pieces if you are missing something or are interrupted.

- Drop-off/Delivery Date: Sorry about any confusion about the date on which to deliver your artwork to the Osterneck. The building is going to be closed for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, so the Drop-off/Delivery date is Tuesday, January 16 between 11 am and 4 pm. If that won't work for you, please email us at info@robesonartguild.org and we will be happy to work with you.
- Requirements and Number of Entries: Artists may register up to 4 pieces of original work. There are no specific limitations as to when the pieces were created, if/when/where they may have been exhibited before, nor medium or reasonable size. If the pieces are not for sale, mark them appropriately in the online entry form. If you do not enter online, please clearly note the price if for sale, mark it as not for sale if not, and provide valuations in either case. Valuation is required for insurance purposes.
- Photographs: Files can be uploaded with your online registration if you have them, one picture per piece. Although recommended, you are not required to provide pictures. Please do try to take your own pictures to ensure they best show your work as you want it to be represented. If you cannot upload your files, please email them to Carole Blaney at carole.blaney@robesonartguild.org or bring them in when you drop off your artwork.
- Artist Statement: You are encouraged to enter an Artist Statement with your entry. If you enter online and want to use the same artist statement for all your entries, or have none at all, just enter a short instruction in that field to let us know. If you prefer, you can email your artist statement to Carole Blaney at carole.blaney@robesonartguild.org or bring them in when you drop off your artwork.
