Kemp Harris will be demonstrating his smoking technique and giving us a great tasting of his signature smoked meats.

Kemp Harris of Lil Willie's Smokehouse is from the Prospect community. He specializes in smoking meats with signature homemade sauces & rubs he crafted over 20 years of experience.

Using a blend of woods over lump charcoal, his beef brisket is smoked for long hours to yield juicy, flavorful meat with a deep smoke ring.
