David Zeitz
David H. Zeitz, 48, is a native of Guston, Kentucky, and a graduate of the University of Louisville Speed Scientific School, Louisville, Kentucky, with a degree in Chemical Engineering. David has been a Lumberton, resident since February 1, 2001. David was at first intrigued in the field of Real Estate in April of 2002 and for 20 of his 22 years here, David has been a highly successful broker in both residential and commercial sales.

David was first exposed to cooking, preserving and mainstay preparations by his mother and paternal grandmother, growing up on their 250-acre family farm. His personal culinary interests continued with the aid of countless hours watching Public TV cooking shows and later Food Network.

David worked catering and restaurant throughout his time at university and loved to experience and experiment with all types of international cuisine.

After college and with the explosion of internet and YouTube cooking videos, there was always something new to explore, cook, and experience. In the last few years, David has focused on Italian and Southern Indian foods culminating in a two-week trip to India in April 2022 and a goal to visit the Emilia Romagna region of Italy in 2024.
