Stop in and see the beauty of Nature thru an artist's eye
You may have missed the Opening Reception of the En Plein Air Exhibition on July 13th, Summer is a busy time for most of us! Do come by and visit the exhibition before it closes, though, it is special. See how our local artists have celebrated the wonders and moods of nature and the outdoors, in several different mediums, from paper, canvas, and paint to clay and porcelain, mounted or hanging.

Several of our artists are displaying new work they began at the Artist Residency Workshop with Ellen Burke in May. There is a slideshow online of scenes during the lessons at the Pau Baker house and along the banks of the Lumber River here in Lumberton. Click on any of the slides to open the full images. You may recognize some of the works on display today in the Exhibition, as the artists brought them to life!
