Remember the cold snap last year that delayed everything?! Well, we're getting off to a bit quicker start this year! Plus, it's a very special year - 2026 marks the 5th Anniversary of the Robeson Art Guild - pretty exciting as it is also the 250th Anniversary of the United States! Time to party!!

We're starting off with the New Year Celebration Exhibition - the New Year Theme and what this year means to you, artists and art lovers alike. Perhaps your inspiration is the opportunity for new beginnings or the imminent arrival of Valentine's Day, it doesn't matter, just share your vision and enthusiasm with others. Anything is welcome that celebrates the promise of this New Year, being good to ourselves and those we love, and that helps to raise spirits after the long winter. Let's have a good time and enjoy the brighter, lengthening days!

The New Year Celebration 2026 Exhibition awards will be presented at the Opening Reception on Tuesday, January 13th, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm at the Robeson Art Guild, 109th West 9th Street, Lumberton, North Carolina 28358.
