ARTISTS: Gardens on Elm Street from 18th Street to 10th Street will be open for Artists to display their creations. There is a $10.00 fee for Guild Members and a $20.00 fee for non-members for this event. Tables and chairs for display will be available, but you are encouraged to bring your own set up. Deadline for Artist registration is April 1, 2022.
