Unfortunately, the weather has taken a turn for the worst, and painting outside in a possible pouring thunderstorm does NOT seem a good idea! Therefore, we are reluctantly postponing the workshop to May 19 and 20.
Ellen Burke will now lead the two-day “En plein air” workshop Friday and Saturday, April 28-29 May 19-20. Register soon for the two-day en plein air (“in the open air”) painting workshop! Each day features 5-hours of instruction, a total of 10 hours instruction in and around Lumberton, North Carolina. Enjoy a one-hour lunch break to relax with Ellen and your fellow students both days. Devote some time to pursuing your art, learning new skills, and expanding your personal painting experience. Class size is limited so Ellen can give each student one-on-one attention.
The cost for the workshop is $30 and includes basic drawing and painting supplies, including watercolor palettes, watercolor paints, and paper. Feel free to work with your own personal supplies if you prefer, in the medium of your choice. This is a great opportunity to explore using your own materials outside.
Places are limited! Register today!!
