In December, the first of the Culinary Arts treats for members was held. Members enjoyed artistic Hors d’oeuvres prepared by RCC Chef Ingram and his students and watched demonstrations of how to create unique, tasty cookie trees for the holidays. The students prepared enough trees for members to take some home to enjoy.
Continuing the Culinary Arts theme, two more special treats for RAG members are scheduled.
- On February 21, David Zeitz will create and serve an Italian meal.
- On March 11, Kemp Harris will demonstrate Smoked Meats cooking and serve a meal.
