December 4, 2025 – December 18, 2025
Reservations for booths for the Holiday Members Marketplace are open online! Last year was our first try with the marketplace, so although it was a success we are taking notice of some suggestions we received. One thing isn’t changing – you must be a member to have a booth. And to clarify, you DO NOT have to be a member to shop! We love our visitors, and more is definitely the merrier!
Robeson Art Guild members, reserve your marketplace booth now – the number is limited. We will keep a backorder list in case anyone runs out of stock – How’s that for positive thinking! Plan to stock your table on November 18, the same Intake Day as the Holiday Exhibition. Bring your own special arts and crafts, those you know visitors and other members will enjoy giving. The Guild has a limited number of tables you can reserve for your space; be sure to note what you need and will be bringing so we can plan accordingly. Please schedule some time to be on-site during open hours or arrange other times as needed. We will prepare a site plan with artist schedule and include that on the website, the auction site, and in marketing materials this year. If you would like to bring in something to work on while you are here, that would be great!
The marketplace will be open during normal hours, painting groups, and any special events, so visitors can take their time, look around, shop, and learn more about you and the events and opportunities the Guild offers artists and our community in Robeson County.
Marketplace buyers can take their purchase home as soon as they pay for them, so the variety of unique things will constantly change!

How much does this cost, you ask? There is no charge for tables and as usual the Guild will absorb card processing fees. The regular 20% commission applies. As all of the artists are members, the Member discount on purchases does not apply.
The Marketplace will be open from December 4, the date the Holiday Members Choice Exhibition opens, and run thru December 18, the same day the Exhibition closes. Please pick the days and times that work best for you to be on site at the Guild House, to help welcome visitors, share what you do, and, obviously, sell your work! Make sure you include tags on your items so that checkout will be smooth for buyers, even if you are not there.
You are not limited to our normal Tuesday and Thursday hours, if other times and days work best for you. We love to see the Guild House open and lively during the Holiday Season and if you can be here, we’ll make sure the Guild House is open, comfortable, with enough company to have fun. We’ll publish the dates and times of the more flexible schedule. Don’t be shy – make those suggestions!
The Marketplace ties in well with the Members Holiday Choice Exhibition that runs during the same period and we plan to have Christmas with Chef Ingram and RCC Baking and Pastry Arts Students again this year. Lots to see and do! Not least of which is the opportunity visitors will have to vote for their favorite entries in the exhibition and for their favorite marketplace tables. The awards will be distributed at the Last Quarterly Members Meeting at the Guild House on December 18th, so be sure to plan to come!
