CALL FOR ENTRIES: The Robeson Art Guild (RAG) is accepting entries for the Members Holiday Choice Exhibition online beginning October 23rd. Intake will be on Tuesday, November 17th, at the Robeson Art Guild House (109 W 9th St., Lumberton), from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The final exhibition of the year involves choice – in several ways! The theme for the Members Holiday Choice Exhibition is each Member Artist’s personal selection, their choice of their own artwork to share with visitors over the Holiday Season. Awards will be determined by our visitors this year – including an overall People’s Choice Award – encourage your friends and families to come by and vote for their favorite! To ensure that the day is extra special, the Members’ Holiday Marketplace opens the same day, and visitors will have the chance to vote for their favorite booth for the People’s Choice Booth Award!
Places in the Holiday Marketplace are very limited, so don’t wait, reserve your spot today if you want one!
With the Members’ Holiday Marketplace opening the same day, everyone should have no problem finding the exactly perfect gift for the Holidays! Lots of unique artwork, make sure to take a look.
The People’s Choice Awards will be awarded ay the Quarterly Members Meeting on December 17th. Mark the date on your calendars. We will meet at the Guild House to share good news, present awards, and toast the Holidays and the coming New Year!

- Submissions Due: Tuesday, November 17. Artwork entered is due and received at RAG (109 W 9th St., Lumberton), between 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Opening Reception: Thursday, December 3, 2026, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Exhibit Ends: Thursday, December 17, 2026
- Art Removal: Art must remain on exhibit through the run of the Exhibition. The date for art removal is Thursday, December 17 after the Quarterly Members Meeting at RAG (109 W 9th St., Lumberton), or by appointment in January 2026.

FEES: The online entry fee for members is $10 per piece – non-members are not eligible for this exhibition. All sales will require a 20% commission to the Guild. Fees are subject to change at any time, without notice, at the sole discretion of the Robeson Art Guild.
SUBMISSION & REQUIREMENTS: Artists may submit up to three (3) entries for the Members Holiday Choice Exhibition.
- Artists must be members in good standing to enter. Artists may join and pay membership fees online when they register for the exhibition.
- Artists are encouraged to enter their pieces online on the Robeson Art Guild website. Entry forms are available online from October 23, 2026, to November 17, 2026, the final date on which the physical artworks must be delivered to the Robeson Art Guild House, 109 W. 9th Street, Lumberton, NC 28359.
Click here to enter online. - Artists’ photographs of their works are encouraged. Photographs may be uploaded with an online entry or submitted by email. Please provide appropriate credit statements for each photograph.
- Artists are encouraged, but not required, to provide an artist statement for each piece.
- Work may not weigh more than 40 lbs. nor be more than 5 feet in any direction.
- Each 2-dimensional work must have secure hanging devices to hang safely.
- Each 3-dimensional work must have a safe display device provided by the artist.
- Entries must be original, created within the past 2 years, and not previously entered in a Robeson Art Guild juried exhibition.
- All media, including fiber art, pottery, photography, photo montage and collage, are welcome.
- Artists are hereby advised that artwork entered and accepted may be displayed at an alternate location as the sole discretion of the Robeson Art Guild.
- Artists are hereby advised that artwork entered and accepted as for sale may be offered to the public through an online auction at the sole discretion of the Robeson Art Guild.
- The Robeson Art Guild retains the right to refuse any entry for any reason.
ART REMOVAL: Please note that all art must be removed when the exhibition closes. If you are unable to pick up your artwork during the scheduled time, contact us to make alternate arrangements. Artwork which is not picked up and for which no alternate arrangement has been made may be subject to additional fees and/or become the property of the Robeson Art Guild, Inc. and be disposed of at the sole discretion of the Robeson Art Guild.
LIABILITY: All reasonable care will be given in the handling and display of the art accepted for exhibition and/or sale. The Robeson Art Guild, staff, sponsors, and/or volunteers assume no responsibility for loss of or damage to artwork.
RIGHTS & CONDITIONS: All art submissions are to be made at the Robeson Art Guild House at 109 West 9th Street, Lumberton, NC 28358, unless otherwise directed. The Robeson Art Guild at its sole discretion will select and transport pieces selected for display/exhibition at other location(s), if any. By entry of the artwork in an exhibition or for other display the artist grants the Robeson Art Guild permission to transport pieces selected for display/exhibition at other location(s), if any. The artist grants the Robeson Art Guild permission to transport and display any art and to photograph and reproduce any art for publicity and educational purposes. The Robeson Art Guild reserves the right to refuse, remove or reject any art, for any reason.
