December 3 thru December 17, 2026
Reservations for booths for the Holiday Members Marketplace are open online! Hard to believe this will be our Third year for the Marketplace! Each year we have tweaked things a little based on artists’ and visitors’ suggestions. Two things are constant: you must be a member to have a booth and there is no charge for the booths themselves – and if you have your own booth, Great! Just let us know on the entry form. Of course, shopping is open to everyone, also no charge to stop in, browse the Holiday Exhibition and the Marketplace booths! We love our visitors, and more is definitely the merrier!

Reserve your marketplace booth soon, like NOW! There are only a limited number available. We will keep a backorder list in case anyone runs out of stock – How’s that for positive thinking! And plan to set up your table on November 17, the same Intake Day as the Holiday Exhibition, and stock if you can. You know your supporters and clients best, so bring your own special arts and crafts, those you know visitors and other members will enjoy. Remember, we will have visitors over the 2 weeks, not just 1 or 2 days, so plan to restock as needed, and let us know when you may want to do any demonstrations for visitors, so we can help get the word out online and through the Visitors Bureau.
The Guild has a limited number of tables you can reserve for your space; be sure to note what you need and will be bringing so we can plan accordingly. Please schedule some time to be on-site during open hours or arrange other times as needed – we are happy to open on weekends or evenings if you want to arrange some extra visits. We will prepare a site plan with artist schedule and include that on the website, the auction site, and in marketing materials this year.
Don’t forget! We would love to have you bring in something to work on while you are here!
The marketplace will be open during normal hours, painting groups, and any special events, so visitors can take their time, look around, shop, and learn more about you and the events and opportunities the Guild offers artists and our community in Robeson County. Marketplace buyers can take their purchase home as soon as they pay for them, so the variety of unique things will constantly change!

Remember! There is no charge for tables and as usual the Guild will absorb card processing fees, so plan to run your sales through the Guild Square account. The regular 20% commission applies. As all of the artists are members, the Member discount on purchases does not apply.
The Marketplace will be open from December 3, the date the Holiday Members Choice Exhibition opens, and run thru December 17, the same day the Exhibition closes. Please pick the days and times that work best for you to be on site at the Guild House, to help welcome visitors, share what you do, and, obviously, sell your work! Make sure you include tags on your items so that checkout will be smooth for buyers, even if you are not there.
You are not limited to our normal Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday hours, if other days and times work better for you – just let us know. We love to see the Guild House open and lively during the Holiday Season and if you can be here, we’ll make sure the Guild House is open, comfortable, with enough company to have fun. We’ll publish the dates and times of the more flexible schedule. Don’t be shy – make those suggestions!
The Marketplace ties in well with the Members Holiday Choice Exhibition that runs during the same period. Lots to see and do! Not least of which is the opportunity visitors will have to vote for their favorite entries in the exhibition and for their favorite marketplace tables. The awards will be distributed at the Last Quarterly Members Meeting at the Guild House on December 17th, so be sure to plan to come!
