Have you seen the wonderful tiny village Jill created? You can create your own, a mini-diorama!

There is something so charming about miniature houses, and fairy gardens in some case! Well, you could just buy a kit, but wouldn’t it be lovely to design and build your own, then embellish it to bring to life your own ideas. In this class Jill will introduce you to the process, design principals, and materials you need to capture your own idea.  By the time the class is finished you will be on the way to creating your own special place and have a template to take home and continue this fascinating hobby.

What’s included in the price?

The class will use 140lb watercolor paper, a variety of embellishments, drawing pencils, watercolor and brushes, scissors/Exacto knives, smaller cut-maps, and an 8″x10″ template. If you have any questions, please ask in the question section of the registration form. If you already have some embellishments or materials you would like to include in your tiny houses, please feel free to bring them.

Some aprons are available but are not guaranteed. Things can get messy! Students are encouraged to bring their own apron or old clothes.

If you have questions, the odds are good that others do to – feel free to ask! Tea, coffee, and bottled water is available. Please arrive by about 15 minutes before the class starts, so we can start on time.

This class is suitable for adults and mature young adults only.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 2 weeks before the class.

Class size is limited. Pre-registered students have priority for openings and will be contacted when future classes are scheduled.
