The Robeson Art Guild is excited to announce a new opportunity for artists: Solo Exhibitions at our gallery in Lumberton, North Carolina. Since the formation of the Guild in 2021, we have hosted a number of Featured Artist and special shows, as well as maintaining a regular schedule of competitive exhibitions each year. With the new Solo Exhibitions, we want to provide an opportunity for individual artists, both local and further afield, to present their vision in greater depth, offering greater exposure for the artists and new opportunities for our community and visitors to explore new, rich artistic and cultural experiences.
We have and will continue to maintain our active exhibition schedule, classes, small shop, research materials, and the gallery in the Guild House in Lumberton, as well as the pottery kiln services and sculptural installations in the grounds. The new solo shows will provide an opportunity for artists to determine the nature, layout and duration of their exhibits, and provide a new opportunity to interact directly with the people most interested in their vision.
