How about a couple of hours of Creativity with Clay??!!
Register today for Jim Tripp’s Pottery Class, a 2-day class meeting on Thursdays May 15th and 22nd. On Day 1, plan and create your art piece, then Jim fires the pieces and they will be ready for you to glaze on Day 2. After glazing Jim fires them again, ready for you to pick up on May 29 at the Guild House anytime during regular hours, 11 am to 4:00 pm. Click Here to Register Today!

The fee is $50 per student, all supplies are provided for 1 project per student. Your choice of project: a slab pottery bowl, such as a berry bowl, fruit bowl, or salad bowl; or a woven creation, such as a tray, bowl, or basket.
Both class sessions and pick-up of your finished artwork will be held at the Robeson Art Guild House, 109 W 9th Street, Lumberton, NC 28358.
Note: This class does not include instruction in kiln management, nor does it cover firing techniques. Jim takes care of that for you. While you are here, though, Jim will be happy to share with you the plans for the new Pottery Studio at the Art Guild. You’ll see some of the work yourself as work starts this week on the back bathroom, getting it ready to support clean-up needs for potters.
If you have any questions, the odds are good that others do to, so ask! Tea and coffee and fresh bottled water is available. Please arrive by about 10 minutes before the class starts, so we can start on time.
This class is suitable for adults and mature young adults only.
